No matter what the circumstance, always know that God is for you. God always has what's best for you in mind. See:
11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

God has awesome plans for your life! You were born for such a time as this, so stand firm! No matter what battle you face, whether it's sin, peer pressure, or anything else.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and HAVING DONE ALL, TO STAND.
14 STAND therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
-Ephesians 6:13 and 14 (Armor)
God does not "test" you. He will never put sicknesses on you. His will is perfect, for you to be perfect in Him. Think about a father or mother here on Earth. Do you think there is a single loving parent out there that would want their children to be sick? Would they, if they could, put sickness on them? Would a loving parent intentionally hurt their kids? No.
11If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? 12Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
13If ye then, being evil [sinful, or earthly], know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
-Luke 11:11-13
With the Holy Spirit, His armor, and His Gifts... what can stop you? With God, all things are possible [Matt.19:26]. That doesn't mean God will turn you into a squirrel if you've always wanted to be one. And it doesn't mean we can do whatever we want and God will help us.
What it means is whatever He has called you to do, He helps you to do it. "On Earth as it is in Heaven" [Matt6:9-13]. Is there sickness in Heaven? No! Sin in Heaven? No!
God desires for everything to work for you, and He desires you to walk with Him.
Does that sound like someone who wants to see you suffer? Someone who wants to test or manipulate you? NO! It sounds like a perfect, loving, Father. You are His favorite child, your best interests are on His mind always.♥
